Shamanic healing sessions may include clicking sticks, sacred tobacco, drumming, rattling, feather work and flower essences. This work helps to release old patterns being stored in the body, and is a great way to assist the movement of energy helping you let go of what no longer serves you and bring in new, higher frequency energy.
