Meadowsweet also known as Bridewort, is good for reducing inflammation and pain, also used in treating conditions such as; colds, bronchitis, upset stomach, heart burn, joint disorders and bladder infections. Meadowsweet may be used in a tea giving a somewhat almond scent. Spiritually Meadowsweet is good for attracting love, happiness and self confidence.
